We were very shocked and saddened to hear of Dominique’s passing. The little we knew her, we liked very much.
We send love and strength to her family and friends. Especially her two daughters and sister, Justine.
Nick and Penny Day. (Nick is Dominique’s half brother.)

I was completely shocked and heartbroken when I read the news of Dominque’s passing.
A woman with beauty and grace, a class act with a raucous sense of humour. I adored our times together and wish we’d seen each other more often.
My heart aches for her beautiful daughters who lost their Mom far too soon 💔 What a tragic loss to them and her family and loved ones.
My deepest condolences for the loss of this beautiful woman who touched many.
May she rest. Forever loved, forever remembered.

So very sorry to hear Dominique has passed away. I knew Dom for a number of years in London and Hastings when she was with my brother Alex. She was part of our family and we all loved her. This is a terrible shock to lose her in the midst of life. So so sorry xxc

My sincere condolences to Jasmine and Sofia on the passing of your mother. I was devastated to learn tonight of the tragic accident that terminated one filled with a joie de vivre that was infectious. I have so many fond memories of your mom and I literally laughing like two hysterical giggling Gerties . It is so rare to share the kind of humour we did . She will remain unforgettable . May her beautiful memories live on in your hearts forever and may she rest in peace 💞

Thou our meeting was as brief as a summers warm breeze, I was struck with the most sadness when I learned of Dominique's serious accident & then tragic ending to her amazing life. I really wished and wish I had the chance to know her much more. I do know it must've been wonderful to know her and have her in your lives!

I was deeply, deeply saddened by the tragic news of Dominque’s passing. I will forever be regretful to not have met Dominique in person as I’d planned to do during my visit home last month from the States. Though I was not granted the opportunity, I am at the very least comforted by all of the lovely things I’ve heard and continue to hear about Dominque from my brother Matthew, allowing me to paint my own picture of this beautiful, kind woman.
If we’d met, I would have affectionately taken Dominque by her hands, looked her in the eyes and thanked her whole heartedly for coming into my brother’s life like the angel she was, at the time she had. I would have then told her how much she meant to Matthew, who spoke so highly of her every time he and I spoke on the phone. From Matt I learned that she was a devoted mom to her two daughters whom she constantly expressed such great affectionate and love for. I learned that she was a wonderfully free spirited person and contagiously fun to be around. She possessed a true gift in the way she approached life. She was strong, wise, adoring and adored, wore her heart on her sleeve and, was strikingly beautiful inside and out. She graced every person’s life she entered and was- a magnificent bright light. An exceptional woman who made my brother extremely happy.
Her passing is a great loss to us all.
May her beautiful soul rest in peace.
My deepest condolences to her daughters, Sofia and Jasmine on behalf of my family and I.

This has been heartbreaking for our family. Dominique was a bright light in our lives. She had so much to live for and her loss at such an early age will leave a void in all the lives she touched. Every time we think of her passing it brings tears to our eyes and a dagger in our hearts.
May your vibrant infectious spirit soar high with the angels dear Dominique !

So even though Dom lived in Canada, we still messaged every few months. I just found my old message thread where she was supporting me in my life choices and saying I looked really happy and that you can't help who you fall in love with. True story. Wish I had actually got round to coming to Canada to spend time there with the Canadians before this sad time. But now I guess even more reason to do it.
Dom you was amazing and I always said it in every post and message.
