Domingo Ramirez Jr, 55, of Lansing Michigan passed away April 8th, 2022 after a long time suffering with multiple health problems and ultimately died from broken heart syndrome shortly after his father passed February 9th of 2022. Domingo was born to Domingo Ramirez Sr and Maria Ramirez ( Garcia) in Lansing, Michigan July 12, 1966. Domingo was the 2nd born child and 1st born son for the couple. Domingo spent his childhood in boy scouts and being with his friends. Domingo always had runs ins with the local police but never cared. Domingo never finished school but quickly started working. In the 80s, Domingo had started working in Chicago, IL as a limo driver and made alot of friends while in business. He had also worked in a glitter factory. Soon after he came back to Michigan, he had 2 children, Douglas and Brittany. In the late 90s, Domingo has his last child Emily. Domingo worked with his father Domingo Sr for the E.H Ward company in the early 2000s but soon stopped after health problems started to arise. Domingo was a fatherly man and soon started volunteering at Bingham Elementary School in 2006 until 2012 and became a father figure to many students. Unfortunately in 2016, his health soon declined, being diagnosed with kidney failure and liver problems. In the last 6 months if his life, Domingo had both of his legs amputated due to diabetes. Domingo suffered from depression soon after his father passed in February of 2022. Domingo was cared for by his family until his death. Domingo jr loved fishing, camping, being with his family and grandchildren. Domingo was a strong advocate for Recreational Marijuana usage and its health benefits. Domingo will be greatly missed by his family and those whose lives hes touched. He is preceeded by his father Domingo Sr, his great grandmother Soleme Garcia, and his best friend Bruce. He is succeeded by his mother Maria, sisters Gloria and Rosie, brother Tony, long time spouse Kellie, children Douglas, Brittany and Emily, and his many grandchildren.
