Dixie's obituary

Dixie Skundberg, 78, of Tracy, CA, passed away unexpectedly, on June 01, 2022.  Dixie was born on March 14, 1944 , in St. Paul, Nebraska. She was born to Stan & Esther Rickert. 

Dixie was survived by Her Boyfriend Ron, Her  3 children, Sons Dan Neely (Lisa),  Scott Skundberg (Pam) & Daughter Heidi Skundberg (Matt), Grandchildren: Sean, Michael , Dylan, Kyle, Dylan,  Corvette & Tayler,  Great Grandchildren Savanah, & Lucas.  Dixie was also survived by Her Sister Judi McCraw. Dixie leaves behind many Nieces & Nephews & many wonderful, loving Friends.

Dixie worked for Safeway Stores Distribution Center for 29 years. She was in Local Teamsters 853 and 439. Dixie moved to The San Joaquin River Club in 1994. She enjoyed Camping with Her RV Club, She spent Winters in Yuma, AZ, She loved traveling, spending time with Family & Friends. 

Dixie was preceded in death by her Husband of 40 years, Marv.

There will be a "Celebration of Life" on Friday, June 24 at 1pm, at The San Joaquin River Club, 30,000 Kasson Road, Tracy, in the Clubhouse.

Burial will be private, P.L. Fry & Son is handling funeral arrangements.
