Background
Dina was truly a light in this world. She was one of the toughest human beings, constantly overcoming any obstacle thrown in her way. She never let her disability stop her from her goals and dreams. Her determination and spark for loving every person she came into contact with was inspiring to every soul she touched. Even through the career choice she chose as a counselor to help people others avoided. Her overpouring of love was above and beyond the average human. Her faith and trust in God gave her supernatural energy to keep fighting everyday for not only herself but others.
I have created this funrasier to help the family so they don't have to worry financially on top of the excruciating pain they're currently experiencing.
As some of you may know Dina was hospitalized over a week ago and stayed there to manage pain and symptoms for a week. She came home this past weekend and passed away suddenly 4 days later. The family is devastated and currently in the grieving process. We ask that you do not bombard them as they try to deal with this as a unit.
This fundraiser is to help alleviate the financial stress of the medical costs, funeral costs, and mortgage of both homes so her father can take a break from the businesses he manages and runs. Please donate whatever you can afford. Even if it's only $5 anything and everything helps. This family has been a gift to a lot of people and we want to make sure they're taken care of.
In addition, I would love to put together a memory book. I am a web and graphic designer so if you have any stories/photos you would like to send in to get a book bound in memory of her for the family that would be greatly appreciated. Please send those to vanessa.r.wyckoff@gmail.com. Contribute
