Dianne Cola, beloved mother, grandmother, artist, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2025, just days before her 66th birthday.

Born on June 18, 1959, Dianne lived a life full of creativity, generosity, and quiet strength. She was a gifted artist, a talented seamstress, a passionate baker, and an exceptional cook—always using her hands and heart to create beauty and comfort for those around her.

Dianne was the devoted wife of the late Alfred Cola, Jr. and a loving mother to three daughters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Cola, Jr.; her daughter, Daphne Cola; her father, Louis Hall; her mother, Ada Hall; and her siblings Joycelyn Smith, Doris Douse, Louis Hall III, and Ronald Hall.

She is survived by her daughters, Vegas Cola and Tiffany Cola; her brother, Billie Howard; her sisters, Marie Hall, Lana Hall, and Dana Hall; and her sister-in-law, Faith Cola. She also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren: Dylan and Cody Davidson, and Kaleb, Khloe, and Nala Cola.

Dianne touched many lives with her kindness and steady presence. Whether through a handmade gift, a lovingly prepared meal, or simply her listening ear and deep wisdom, she gave freely and without expectation. She never failed to lighten up a room with her vibrant stories. From mouthing the wrong words to her favorite song to baking a birthday cake with love, Dianne was a continuous light to the world—radiating joy, warmth, and sincerity in every moment.

A celebration of Dianne’s life will be held on Saturday, June 22nd at 12:00 PM at Charbonnet Funeral Home.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and celebration of her remarkable life.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
