She conquered cancer a total of four times, and continued to fight until the very end. She was a loving wife to the late Steve Foy, an extraordinary mother to Steven (Justine), Lindsey, and Jenna (Stephen), and an amazing grandmother to Vayda, Cecelia, and Colt, in addition to being a loyal daughter to the late Edward and Pauline Rinaldi, sister to Janis (Richard) Moldenhauer, the late Elaine Rinaldi, Nancy (Greg) Dietrich, Shelley Ford, Sharon Wajca, and the late Arlene Bommarito, aunt, and friend to many. She took pride in her role as the matriarch of her family and dedicated her life to the people she loved so fiercely. She left a huge impression on every single person who crossed her path, and managed to brighten everyone’s day, even when she was experiencing her darkest times.

Diane was a stay-at-home mom and obtained her bachelor's degree through Baker College while raising her three children. When she returned to work, she excelled in the sales industry until she found her true calling in teaching. Once she put her mind to doing something, there truly was no stopping her.

She enjoyed being on the beach and sitting by the water, drinking a cold beer, cooking, coloring, and most of all, spending time with her family. With her loss comes great sorrow, and the world will never be the same without her in it.
