I was so sad to hear that Diane passed away. I knew her through volunteering at Chandler hospital. She was so sweet and kind with a realistic perspective. She always helped out if we were short volunteers. She loved her new place and all of the activities they offered. Diane experienced life to the fullest and I am so grateful I got to know her.
My wife,Ann (Metcalf) Votaw was a nursing classmate of Diane. I went down to the graduation ceremony and met everyone .Dick and Diane were married and there was a flurry of activity and excitement, but I remember that Di was the first to come up and greet me and welcome me to this amazing group. And she continued to contact Ann over the many years....always reaching out and caring. Di was a genuine, loving lady and we are grateful for the precious times we spent together......
We are so very sorry for the loss of your sweet mom, Diane. It was a pleasure to know her, she was a very nice lady. Our deepest condolences to the family, with sympathy, Vicki and Dean Lipski
