It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Diane Kay Art, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Diane was born on April 15, 1939 in Cortland, New York, and ascended into the heavens on December 9, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Julia Tarby Carter.
