Kay's obituary

Diana Kay Wilkins of Oklahoma City, OK

January 29, 1943 – September 28, 2023

Diana Kay Wilkins passed away on Thursday. She left her earthly body, and her spirit is now at home with Jesus.

Kay was born in Oklahoma City, OK to Edwin and Josephine Croak, graduated from Northeast High School and attended the University of Oklahoma. She was married for 19 years, divorced, and raised three daughters. Raising her children was the focus and highest accomplishment of her life. She was a wonderfully giving, caring and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed organizing (everything). Her motto was “live life simple”. And she loved family celebrations.

Kay is survived by her children Kelly Tidwell of Oklahoma City, Julie Mills (Jack) of Oklahoma City, and Holly Kennedy (Tim) of Oklahoma City and grandchildren, Chad Tidwell (Sarah) of Oklahoma City, Taylor Pampalone (Michael) of Oklahoma City, Matthew Mills of Norman, and Peyton Eck (Ben) of Oklahoma City and great grandchildren, Mason and Madden Tidwell and Merrik and Callie Pampalone. She is also survived by her sister Judy Brawley of Oklahoma City. She was beautiful, giving, supportive and will be deeply missed.

Vondel Smith Mortuary North, 13125 North MacArthur Blvd, is the funeral home if anyone wishes to send flowers or sympathies in honor of her life. She will be buried in a private ceremony at Resurrection Cemetery in Oklahoma City on Tuesday for immediate family members only.
