So sorry to hear about Diana's passing.  We connected via ancestry as we share Edna Cordelia Miller (she was my great grandmother but Parker was not my relative).  She was very kind to send me some photos I would have never seen as both Ednas first husband (my great grandfather) (L.E) and her son (my grandfather) died young.  I appreciated her insight very much.

I realize I am a bit late in offering my condolences to Diana's family but I am only learning of her passing today. It is with great sadness that I learn of this and serves as a warning for me to stay in closer touch with my kindred. Diana and I engaged in such delightful discussions through the years involving our family history.  We shared a common ancestor whose spirit guided our work and brought us together in this passion of genealogy. Diana was truly a genius when it came to understanding DNA analysis and she was my trusted authority on all things related to family genetic research. Visiting my cousin Diana was one item on my bucket list to do whenever I visited Texas. I waited too long. As life so often happens, we wait too long for many such occasions,  events, and even opportunities. I shall always fondly remember her role in propelling our genealogical research forward.  Diana was a much valued and appreciated member of our great family and I will sadly miss her.
