Dexter Starkey, 59, of Baltimore, MD passed away peacefully on October 15, 2024, surrounded by his family and loved ones. Dexter grew up in Baltimore a town they loved and never left. He worked as Brick layer for a number of years and enjoyed riding his motorcycle and hanging out with his friends.Dexter will be dearly missed and always remembered.
