Dexter was born outside of Celina Ohio on July 24 2011 he was a mix breed. Father blue heeler mother bullmastiff. Dexter was one of six puppies born that day. Dexter is survived bye his Dad Robert (Shawnna Bailey) Jarrells of Wapakoneta and Mom Katrina Jarrells of Fort Loarmie and two sisters Shienne (Linc Conrad) Posada of Sidney Ohio and Rilee Jarrells of Wapakoneta.
