I knew him before his arrest, he was one of the most beautiful people I have ever had the chance to know. He had so much potential and such life inside of him.

Devyn was so full of light & happiness. He was like a big brother to me. I seriously can not believe this happened & I’m so sorry to all of his family. He loved every single one of you & talked about yall all of the time. Until we meet again Devyn💔
