Devyn Christopher Jones, 20, of Chandler and Casa Grande, Arizona died unexpectedly on June 2nd from injuries sustained in a tragic car accident. His loss was completely unexpected, and the family is shocked, deeply saddened, and utterly heartbroken.

Devyn was born on September 25th, 2000, to Christopher Sean Jones and Stephanie Dea Thomas in Tempe, Arizona. He was loved and raised in a blended family, which in addition to his biological parents, include Nicole Michelle Jones and Jason Eugene Thomas who love him as their own. All of which helped mold him into the wonderful and compassionate young man he became.

After graduating high school, Devyn moved to Casa Grande to begin a career in the car audio and the electrician fields.

Anyone who met Devyn, knew that he was loving, caring, warm, and a brilliant source of light. He had deep understanding of loyalty, love for family, and was always a source of positivity. A protective older brother to Bryce, Riley, Amyra and Dea, Devyn’s family and friends will miss him more than words can say.

Devyn is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather William Lesley Jones, and his maternal grandfather Sonny Allen McDaniel. He is survived by both his mothers, both his fathers, his sisters, his brother, grandmothers, cousins, uncles, and aunts on his paternal and maternal side.

He chose to become a donor when he came of age in honor of his grandpa Bill, whom would have never enjoyed seeing him mature had it not been for someone's selfless act of organ donation. Services will be held on June 16th, 2021. 9am visitation and 10am services at Christ's Church of the Valley located at 5835 W. Ray Road, Chandler AZ 85226. A precession and reception will follow directly after to guide Devyn to his final resting place at Gilbert Memorial Cemetery, located at 2100 E. Queen Creek Road, Gilbert AZ, 85297.
