What a beautiful tribute to an incredible young man who touched so many lives in such positive ways. The many happy photos say it all, speaking to just how much Devon meant to all of you and vice versa obviously. May your many fond memories of him always bring you peace and comfort. Devon was a truly special individual.  We held him in high regard, and we are incredibly thankful for the love he showed Julia. We will miss him deeply ❤️💕
