Devin Oneil, born in 1990 and claimed by the eternal rest on September 22, 2025, will be forever remembered in our hearts. A cherished wife, cherished friend, and a source of constant inspiration, Devin's spirit was evident in her vivacious personality and unwavering determination. She exuded kindness and empathy, touching the lives of everyone she met. 

She leaves behind her loving husband, Wesley Waters, her daughter Meredith Oneil- Waters and a host of beloved friends who will deeply miss her infectious laughter and boundless love.
