Mama Grant,
You welcomed me with warmth and without hesitation. Your home was always open, advice freely given, and your presence gentle. You had such a sweet little voice and didn’t need to be the loudest voice in the room—cause you let your actions speak. I will always cherish the memories we made together and your love will forever be in my heart. The stories, jokes, trips to the beach and guidance will be missed. I will always remember your infectious laughter and how you encouraged me to trust in God always. Thank you for loving my little boy and being such an amazing grandma to him. Lucas misses you just as much as I do. You truly were a special, special woman! You leave behind a legacy of thoughtfulness, and quiet strength and I will hold that close. Although, your absence will be deeply felt, your presence continues in the stories we share and the habits we keep. Until we meet again, enjoy your time in Paradise, take comfort in the arms of Christ and rest-AB
I love you, Grandma. I’ll miss your warm hugs and your laughter. I’ll carry you in my heart always, Love Lucas Grant.
Deep condolences to the entire family. May God bless and comfort you during this difficult time. I pray that the love of family and friends will strengthen you in the days ahead.

My condolences to Mama Grant's family. I first met Mama Grant when I went to teach at Pine Grove Elementary. I pray for an angel who would pray with me as well as be a great friend. She came to my room, introduced herself and from there we became very close. She was a great woman of wisdom, love, knowledge, and understanding. She loved big and cared deeply. Not many people were allowed to get close to her, but thank God I did. I became a bonus work daughter and she became my work mom. I will always remember when she would say, "Cow Madam says we all have our place on the program." Now it is your turn Mama Grant. I will cherish the days we loved, laughed (her good medicine), prayed, and even cried.
I will miss your dear angelic voice. Sleep on, take your rest. The old earthen vessel you would always talk about leaving behind could no longer hold your beloved spirit. Now you are singing with the angelic hosts.
To Carl her dear husband, I pray your strength. I know how you cared for her, and to her beloved children and grandchildren, I pray your peace, comfort, and strength in this moment. You had the best mother and grandmother. My sincerest condolences to you.

Auntie Bev played several roles in the family, but for myself and siblings she was the big sister, historian and comedian.
She would always tell us stories of how life was, growing up with her brothers including my father Gilbert and the antics they would get involved with.
For example my uncles would throw ice on the roof of the church whilst in session causing everyone inside to run outside, convinced that ghosts were responsible as they could find no evidence of the " stones" as they had melted.
She loved her neices and nephews just like her own children, no wonder she was called "mama"
As we mourn her loss, let us not forget the love and joy she brought to the table and let us try to be as caring for each other as she was.
We thank God for her life and our sincere condolences goes out the her husband and children.
Let us continue to pray that God will give them strength and peace.
Gilbert and family.

I will miss "Miss D" (as I affectionately called her) tremendously. She was such a lovely lady with a sweet soul - always laughing and smiling.
I'm so happy I saw her in February while I was in Jamaica and we took pictures together, which I'll always keep and cherish.
Rest in peace, Miss D. I love you. ❤️

Sincere condolences to the family and friends of Deverly, particularly, her immediate family. She was my batchmate at Mico Teacher's College. She demonstrated her Christian principles in a very humble and dignified way, always very pleasant, which made it easy for one to be drawn to her.
May you cherish the memories she has left behind, knowing that there is hope to meet her again in the next life. I pray for God's comfort and strength during this difficult time.

“Have many friends
Treat them well
But never to them your secrets tell
For in years to come.
They may become your foe
And out in the world your secrets will go
Love many, trust few
And always paddle your own canoe.”
— Elizabeth Song
To my dear grand aunt, who became more like a grandmother,
You filled my life with stories of your childhood, our family history, and life itself. This poem you shared with me so often became more than just words—it became a guide.
You passed down not just memories, but lessons that shaped how I move through the world.
Thank you for your love, your wisdom, and your warmth.
You will forever be a part of me, as I carry your wisdom in my heart. 🤍

Sincere condolences to you Ms. Grant and your family, as you mourn the loss of your dear mother. Although engulfed in grief, and you deeply misses her in this life, know that she is at a better place. The pen has stopped writing her earthly stories, it's now time to write her story of the unknown, in the heavenly places.
Be encouraged and understand that God will comfort you!
From Ms. Medley and family.
