I am so sorry. I know that she will be missed. I had not heard back from her and decided to Google to find your address. When I discovered that she had passed, I was heartbroken. She was such a wonderful woman of great class and dignity. I am so happy we reconnected. Her resurrection I await with great anticipation. Please accept my deepest condolences and heartfelt gratitude for allowing me to be apart of your lives. 'I know she will rise on the last day.'

Watching mom as a young child that didn't say much, taught me so much about the individual I wanted to be although at times it took me a minute or two to recognize it she didn't voice her opinion then, only gave that "Desiree' look". You know the one ... not condescending or judgemental, but um, um, um. I'm so blessed in so many ways to be able to say I have her blood flowing through my veins. Denyse

To our dear sister Desiree’s family, Kandus and I extend our deepest sympathies. It was encouraging to be reminded during her memorial that she was a spiritual warrior. We will miss her her encouraging comments and beautiful smile. We look forward to seeing her again soon in the new system!

My dear sister Desiree will be missed dearly. Desiree was one of the first persons I met when I moved to Houston in 1991. She welcomed me with open arms and always made me feel loved. That was and always will be special to me. My heart will be filled with tears of joy seeing my dear sister brand new in Jehovah’s new world. Love ya❀️

1 Corinthians 15:26 says it all, death is an enemy. It has taken Desiree. If that were all, we would weep with great sadness. Thanks to Jehovah we know we will see her again shortly. I will remember Desiree as a strong, caring Christian Sister who was a joy to work shoulder to shoulder with serving Jehovah. Now as all β€œI will wait and he wIll call” Job 14:15.
