Derrick James McIntosh from Kingman Az, formerly Montrose MI, passed away unexpectedly on May 29, 2023. He was only 43 years old. His family is deeply saddened by his sudden death. Derrick was born on March 18, 1980 in Flint Michigan.

Derrick is survived by his father Terry McIntosh and step-mother Joyce McIntosh; Forever remembered by his siblings Stephanie (Patrick) Larkin, Jennifer Wright, Jeremy (Cheryl) McIntosh and Timothy (Amanda) McIntosh. He is also loved and remembered by his several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Derrick was proceeded in death by his mother Carol Donley.

Derrick was a fun spirited soul who loved his family and friends. His primary goal was to get a laugh out of people even at his own expense. He will forever be missed. Until we meet again.
