Derrick Jackson AKA "Big D", born in 1962, passed away on February 6, 2024. A man of unwavering strength and love, Derrick led a life of purpose and kindness that left a profound influence on all who knew him.

He leaves behind a rich legacy in his children and grandchildren, who carries the memories and lessons of their beloved grandfather. Derrick's life was a testament to love and perseverance, and his legacy will live on through the hearts and lives he touched.

Due to his wishes there will not be a celebration of life. He will be cremated and given to his 3 children and spread at his favorite park in Athens, Tx.
