Derek P. Walsh, aged 56, of Defiance, OH; formerly of Indianapolis, IN passed away unexpectedly on Saturday July 19, 2025 due to multiple organ failure, a complication from his battle with diabetes. Derek was born in Buffalo, NY on October 1, 1968 to the late David and Florence Walsh.
