Background
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Peregrine Fund. Derek had a deep love for birds and the natural world. He shared an annual membership to the World Center for Birds of Prey with Shannon and Brent, and the three of them visited often to learn about and support the conservation work being done there. Supporting The Peregrine Fund is a meaningful way to honor Derek’s curiosity about nature and his appreciation for birds.
Contribute to Peregrine Fund 
All contributions made to Peregrine Fund through Ever Loved will be sent with the designation, “Wherever it is needed most”, at Shannon Vihlene, Ryan Farr and Kerri Swander's request.
