Deonte Ray Lassiter gained his wings on October 3rd, 2022 at the age of 47. Deonte was born in Pinehurst North Carolina on November 18th 1979. 

Deonte was a very loving and caring person who loved to help any and everybody. Deonte spent most of his time working in the church, he was a usher and he also sang in the male choir. And he also was the Sunday school teacher for all the little kids. Anybody who knew Deonte knew that he loved kids with a passion. An he treated all of his Sunday school kids like they were his own. Deonte also had a great sense of humor, and anytime that anyone had saw him he was always laughing or cracking jokes. He also enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews. Every Sunday he would always take all of his nieces and nephews out to do something. He was very family oriented and loved his family to death. 

Deonte was loved by so many and he will deeply be missed by all of his family and friends . 

Deonte memories will live on forever and ever. 

Deonte leaves behind his two girls (Gabby & Shelby Lassiter) His mother (Alice McNeil) and father (Ricky McNeil) his sister (Michelle Lassiter) other sister ( Rain Lassiter) brother (Eddy Lassiter) other brother ( Greg Lassiter) niece (Brianna Lassiter) other niece (Brittny Lassiter) his two nephews ( Tay Lassiter) ( Jarquel Lassiter). He also is survived by many aunties and uncles and cousins and tons of friends.
