Dennis Harold “Hal” Scott passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 24, 2020 with all three of his children surrounding him with love and holding his hands. He was 87 years old and even with Parkinson’s, dementia, and heart issues, you could not keep him down. He lived a full and happy life. He had the biggest smile and the best laugh. He was the ultimate optimist, and always saw the best in people.
