Dennis Albert Norman, 55, passed away on November 4, 2020 at his home in Kent,
Washington. He was born January 12, 1965 at Ballard General Hospital to Robert
Austin & Donna Maxine (Schaefer) Norman. Dennis Graduated from Kentwood High
School class of 1983. Following graduation he received his Certificate for Diesel
Mechanics in Arizona.
Dennis was a diesel mechanic by trade but a back-yard mechanic by heart. He helped
everyone he could as he loved working on cars. He collected Eagles & Dragons and he
loved watching Anime and had a very extensive DVD movie library along with tons of
other movies. He loved being an online DJ on the weekends with friends. He enjoyed
going to Anime Conventions with his daughters. He loved and cherished every moment
spent with his 10 grandchildren.
Dennis was preceded in death by his sister Margaret Elizabeth Norman Oct 31,1962, father
Robert Norman October 20,1973, His mother Donna M. Petersen February 13, 2017
and his grandson Albert Ross Norman April 26, 2009. He is survived by his brothers
Rodney (Mary) Norman, Leigh (Autumn) Petersen, his step-dad Steve Petersen and his
estranged wife Teri Norman. His children, Melissa Rose (Ross) Knapp, Trevor Austin
Norman, Amanda Eileen Norman, Jereme Bancel, Eugene (Jen) Bancel. Also his
grandchildren: Lydia, Isaac, Emmett, Harry, Shaun, Aubree, twin granddaughters Lyric, Alayna, Donovan.
Niece Bailey (Kellen) Gordon and great twin nieces Willa & Hazel. Also his Aunt Bert in
Idaho along with many cousins. We can't forget his two best friends - John Dunham and
Steve Vertrees
