Dennis Robert Little, 73, passed away peacefully in his home on March 5, 2026, in Allentown, Pennsylvania.  

Born on June 15, 1952, in York, Pennsylvania, to the late Jean E. and Robert W. Little Jr., Dennis was known for his warm spirit, kindness, and quiet sense of humor. He was a passionate sports fan, particularly devoted to baseball, and remained a lifelong fan of the Baltimore Orioles and the Indianapolis Colts. He loved coaching youth sports and spent many seasons volunteering his time to coach his children’s baseball, softball, basketball, and soccer teams. Off the field, Dennis enjoyed playing the guitar, bowling, vacationing at the beach, and spending time with his beloved pug, Preston.  

Professionally, Dennis devoted his life to caring for others.  Through his work as a respiratory therapist, he was known for  providing compassionate care to patients and families.  As a teacher, he will be remembered for his work educating and mentoring future healthcare professionals, shaping and supporting countless careers.  Dennis found particular fulfillment in guiding his students along their professional journeys and celebrating their successes.

Dennis is survived by his children: Alexis Little (Edward Soto), Robert Little, and Caitlyn Little (Kelly McMullin); his grandchildren, Zachary and Parker Soto; and his sister, Willa Kay Little-Gratz. He remained close with his former wife, Sandra, whose care and support meant a great deal to him in his later years. He will be remembered as a thoughtful, supportive, and generous father, grandfather, teacher, and friend who freely shared his time, wisdom, and encouragement with those around him.
