Dennis Laube - Celebration of Life Beach Party

Everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy the beach for the remainder of the day, we will have some canopies on the beach, just bring your own beach chair!Location:

Pavilion 5 is a 15 minute/½ mile walk from the parking lot in Smyrna Dunes Park
There are approximately 15-20 stairs from the parking lot, up the boardwalk to the Pavilion 5

Parking is available within Smyrna Dunes Park for $10. The boardwalk entrance is BEFORE you reach the parking lot, so park on the grass after you pass the park entrance PRIOR to reaching the parking lot. Parking is free for Handicapped and Disabled Veteran registered vehicles.Or you can drive on to the beach to park ($20), and park on the beach near the stairs to the pavilion. The sand in this area can be very soft, and high tide is at 9am so you may want a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Be aware, high tide is at 9am. To drive on the beach, take the Beachway Ave Beach Access (Beachway Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169) and turn left to go North once your tires hit the sand. Once you pass the LAST condo towers, you’ll go to the 3rd boardwalk entrance, NS 99F, to Pavilion 5. [See photo for marker on page 2]

If parking is full in Smyrna Dunes Park, and your vehicle is not beach safe, then park free at Grayce K. Barck North Beach FREE Parking Lot (1100 N Peninsula Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169). Call / text Mark Dorbert at 443-994-9968 for a lift to Pavillion 5.

Restrooms are located near the entrance / parking lot of Smyrna Dunes Park. These restrooms are a 15 minute / ½ mile walk from Pavilion 5. There may be porta potties available on the beach, a shorter walk from the Pavilion 5.What is Smyrna Dunes Park:
Smyrna Dunes Park is a 184-acre inlet park located along the southern shoreline of Ponce de Leon Inlet. The park has over 2 miles of wide, elevated, handicapped-accessible boardwalk capped with recycled lumber that is both comfortable and durable. Multiple scenic overlooks allow breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Indian River and Ponce de Leon Inlet. -
