My heart goes out to MJ and the family.
Jan MURPHY
2024, Brentwood Bowlero bowing alley

I was a pleasure being on his two man bowling  team the last summer he brought so much to the sport he dearly loved and enjoyed.  No matter how I was bowling he always had something positive to say about my game encouragement and laughter he was a great positive influence to all around him.  He will be missed.

Dennis had a large presence in our community and we will miss him a lot.  When I think of Dennis, my thoughts are of MJ, the fun karaoke parties, his smile and friendliness.  Mary Jo, we are here for you if you need anything or even just a shoulder to cry on.
Dennis you are truly missed. Joe and I have known Dennis and MJ since we moved here 9 years ago. Trilogy just isn’t the same without him; he was truly a big icon. Joe had his own experience with singing at Karaoke and bowling and I’m sure has his own words to say. I got to know Dennis a little more when I was coordinating the WOW fashion shows along with my friend Kathy. I knew I wanted him to do our music but thought he was so busy that I wasn’t sure if he would do it. But when I asked him he didn’t hesitate and said yes! And then when I asked him if he would sing a song to open the show again he said yes and If you know Dennis he loved to perform and didn’t hesitate to say yes. The ladies loved him and he always opened the show with a bang and just the right song. He was always there to help with all the many different events that needed music. MJ I’m so sorry for you loss and know that if you need anything Joe and I are here  to help.

Dennis and MJ have been our friends since we met at a house party here in Trilogy about nine years ago. We traveled to Hawaii together in 2023.. did a lot of walking,  pickleball and eating macadamia pancakes. Dennis was a good friend. Dennis‘s first karaoke night at Trilogy had about 9 attendees. He somehow talked Brian and I into singing. We are grateful to have had him as a friend.

Our story involves hiking the Cotswolds with Dennis and MJ, a trip of many memories; on the last day, we left a remote farm; Dennis was leading us, tech gadgets held high; we strode through long grass up to our hips (No, not quite the marked route! What would we need that for!) and wound our way across gorgeous countryside of rolling hills and stream filled valleys; by afternoon, we walked into the Queen’s city of Bath, past a half moon of Victorian houses and their adjacent gardens! The sun was shining and musicians heralded our way into the historic centre of town! Thanks, Dennis❤️❤️❤️
You will be sadly missed. Your Karaoke parties were a high spot for Trilogy.
MJ, I am so sorry for your loss.  Dennis left an impact on our community.  I will miss him at bowling, while walking my dog, at karaoke and all of the functions that he  helped DJ.  Please know that our community is there for you.  If you need anything or someone to talk to, let me know.

I was [ absolutely devastated when I heard the news of Dennis's passing. Such a delightful and talented person. I raced every month to sign up for Dennis’s. Karaoke night! I miss seeing him around so much and  will always think of him when I sing. This community has suffered a tremendous loss. I was priveledged to have sung a duet with Dennis which is a great  memory to keep. Sing with the  angels Dennis. . 🙏❤️🙏

We will always remember how much Denise contributed to our Trilogy community
He was a very special man, a wonderful friend.  Such a warm and loving couple.  He will be missed.  Much love and hugs to MJ.  A truly remarkable person.
Dennis was always there to help no mater what the need, his generosity will always be remembered. Lucie and I are here for you if you need anything at all. Whether it's a shoulder to cry on, someone to run errands for, or just a listening ear.

We will always remember Dennis as our Karaoke King. He shared his love of music with a smooth professionalism & got us dancing! We will miss him.

Love,  Mary & Ken Gwin

We are so sorry for your loss.  We were just getting to know him, met him at the neighborhood party in October.  We are so glad we got to see him perform a couple of times.  He certainly knew how to spread joy!
