This video is a memorial in pictures of Dennis's life. There were so many memories to choose from! I wish I could have shared the 1500 photos he took over the years.

Happy birthday Dad! Steak and potatoes and a side of veggie every birthday. You are missed every day, but especially today.
He loved his 2 meter (vhf) radio in his white Tacoma Truck. He used it to contact Jerome Building Dept., when out in the field. I didn't at the time get why it was so cool, but now I own/operate one, I totally get it.

Tomas and dad before heading to Washington. Dad reassured Tomas he’d stay true to the 49ers and never root for the Seattle Seahawks!
When I was little, he had a bunch of vinyl records from when he was a DJ. He had boxes and boxes of them in the garage. He would play Earth, Wind and Fire, John Lennon, The Beatles, and a bunch of pop 70’s music like Bread, Simon and Garfunkel, Ambrosia, America, and that Piña Colada song. Those were some of the best memories I have with him. I now realize this is why I love “cheesy 70’s music” so much.
RIP dad. I hope you are DJing in heaven.
Mr. Brittain is one of the most well-read, intellectually curious, and clever conversationalists with whom I've had the pleasure of speaking. I was pleasantly intimidated every time we had the opportunity to chat and relished every opportunity to learn from his experience and insight.
His daughters and grandchildren (whom I've had the pleasure of knowing) reflect his light onto the world like prisms. They're the rainbows his light has gifted to the rest of us.
All condolences and love to you.

So very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with his Family
Dad was such a warm, loving wonderful man who always had a smile on his face. He was so generous. I loved having him over for dinners and such at my house. He will be missed immensely.
I always remember him at our basketball games cheering you on. He was a cheerleader for the team, but you could always see how much he loved and supported you.

My good buddy and equally crazy friend at St Gertrude's Academy, we have lost you way too soon. But the suffering is over- be at peace and help me make the journey when it's my time! You owe me one for stealing the girls I couldn't get in high school!!

To the family, my sincerest condolences in the loss of a great one in every respect. Love to all and especially you, DB!!
Dennis was one of my dearest friends in High School. I remember especially the Junior-Senior Banquet. We "stumbled" into the room with canes, dressed like old, old people from our class of 1966. We "roasted" every one of our classmates, including the teachers. There were lots of laughs that day, especially between Dennis and I. He will be in my heart forever.
Dennis was my "big brother" in high school. He watched over me and made me laugh. So many people are better because of this man; and so many people will miss him.
We had the fortune to meet Dennis while he was assigned to the MK Team in charge of building a large hydroelectric project in El Salvador. He was always a good friend through the years that ensued, and we enjoyed every opportunity we had a chance to visit with Dennis and his family in the various places where our paths crossed. May he rest in the Peace he truly deserves. Our deep condolences go to his grieving family.

He can’t just ride a bike, he has to ride a “different” bike. He talked about this bike forever. It’s a foldable bike that he absolutely loved. This was a great day.
