Denny's obituary
Dennis Brenn, lovingly known as Denny, was born on January 24, 1956, and peacefully passed away on July 20, 2024. He touched many lives with his loving, kind, generous, and god-fearing personality, often lightening the mood with his jovial spirit and well-timed jokes.
Denny was a firm believer in the principle of love, often sharing his view that the best way to live was to love others as intensely as God loves us. This belief was the cornerstone of his life, influencing his every decision and interaction.
Denny was a proud father to his two daughters—Crystal Kelderhouse and Candace Brenn, who survives him. He often cited them as his greatest accomplishments, alongside his phenomenal achievements like his annual performance in the Christmas Pageant and the creation of the Phoenix Parker Ministries. His dedication to giving back to the less fortunate was evident in his tireless work for the incarcerated and homeless communities.
A Celebration of Life service for Denny will be held on September 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Friends, family, and those whose lives Denny touched are invited to attend and commemorate his life.
Denny will be remembered for his fearless faith, a legacy that will continue to inspire and guide those he left behind. He possessed an infectious energy that, combined with his love for long phone conversations, singing, and riding his motorcycles, made him a joy to be around.
Denny's absence will leave a void that cannot be filled, but his memory and teachings will live on, reminding us to love without reservation, give generously, and fearlessly keep faith. Denny's life was a testament to his beliefs, and his legacy will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those he has touched.
