Demitri "Boog" Fender, aged 15.9 years, passed away on August 13th, 2024 in Temperance Michigan. His memory survives in the hearts of his Human-Dad Greg Fender, Human-Mom Joan Fender, Human-Brother Cody Lee, Dog-Brother Berald Fender, as well as extended family Rick & Peggy Fender, Tim Fender, and Karen Andreika. He also made countless friends of many different species during his time on Earth. He was an extremely kind dog who  got along with all other animals. He was always very popular at Doggie Daycare where he loved to play with other dogs. He loved chasing tennis balls launched with a Chuck-It, especially on the beach near where he grew up. 

He spent most of his life on the Oregon Coast, and later relocated to southern Michigan with his Dad Greg to be part of a loving family in his golden years. His favorite treats were Kirkland brand dog biscuits, but he wasn't picky. He was a snack-hound throughout his life. He's been on countless nature walks through forests and on Oregon Beaches, smelled smells across the United States & marked a trail stretching from  the Oregon Coast to Michigan. He joins his dog-cousin and best friend Daly in the Hereafter. He will be loved forever.
