Demarcus LaTauris Avery, 25, was killed when the 2016 Nissan Altima he was a passenger in left Alabama Highway 14, struck a ditch and overturned. Avery was ejected from the car and pronounced dead on the scene. The driver of the Altima, JaJuan Martez Hudson, 24, was ejected and taken to DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.
