Della Jean (Smith) Sella, was born on September 6, 1929 in Ames Iowa, and peacefully passed away at the age of 91 on April 23, 2021, with loving family by her side, in Prescott Valley, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents, Maxwell and Mildred Smith, her brother Don Smith, sister Claudia O'Riley, and her loving son-in-law Leo (Jr)Garrett. Della is survived by her four devoted children, Jeanne (Dick) Sellers, Diane Garrett, Rick (Diane) Sella, Mike (Mary) Sella, her 13 loving grandchildren, and her 12 adorable great-grandchildren, She is also survived by her loving sisters Marilyn Gorham and Joi Smith, and many loving nieces and nephews. Della was a loving, caring and devoted Mother and Grandmother. Her family and her faith meant everything to her. Della's love for all was unconditional. She will be so greatly missed by all, but left us with so many wonderful memories.
"I am home in Heaven, dear ones. Oh so happy! There is perfect joy and beauty in this everlasting light! All the pain and grief is over. Every restless tossing passed. I am now at peace forever. Safely home in Heaven at last!!"
