Delbert (Del) Barningham, 80, of Redwood Falls, MN, passed away on November 11, 2022 .


Delbert was born on January 23rd 1942 to George and Margarete Barningham in Braham, MN. After graduating from high school in Braham, he enlisted in the Army and later served in the Army National Guard.  In 1964, he met Paty Walks, and they wed in 1964, going on to have 5 children, Thomas, Roxanne, Michael,  Kay Marie and Raymond.


Delbert  was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world. He was unendingly proud of his children and Paty and always tried his best to support them.  Anyone who knew Delbert (Del) knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Delbert was predeceased by his parents (George and Margarete), Brothers (Don and Dale) Sisters Benice, Janice, Marjorie and Elsie). He is survived by his wife Paty, Children Thomas (Tricia), Roxanne, Michael (Anna), Kay (Dan Fjeld), Raymond Grandchildren Alexander, Katlynn, Marcus, Sean, George Andrew and Angelica and two great-grandchildren Nora and Jaxon.
