It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Debra "Dee" Vann, born on June 30, 1971, who departed from this world on June 8, 2025. Known affectionately by loved ones as Dee, her absence leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew and cherished her.

Dee is survived by her partner of many heartwarming years, Roy McCoy Jr. She leaves behind a step-son, Sebastian McCoy, who will remember her fondly for her warmth and care. A pillar of strength and support to her family, Dee will be sadly missed by her brothers, James Douglas II and Paul Ryan Douglas. Her sisters-in-law, Ashley and Brittney Douglas, will forever remember Dee's love and guidance.

Dee was predeceased by her parents, James Douglas and Pamela Collins Douglas, whose fond memories she held dear to her heart. Blessed with numerous nieces and nephews, Dee was a beloved aunt to Olivia Douglas, Caidence Parson, Kennleigh Doss, and Hazel Douglas. Her nephews, Lucas Douglas, Bryne Closson, Ethan Keogh, James Michael Douglas, Godric Willis, and Lucian Douglas, will fondly remember their aunt's playful spirit and kind heart.

Dee's sudden departure reminds us all of the fragility of life and the importance of cherishing every moment with our loved ones. Her life was a testament to resilience, strength, and unwavering love for her family. Her memory will shine brightly in the hearts of those she touched, and her legacy will live on through the stories and memories shared by those who loved her.
