Debra Leona Stepanek “Debby”, 66, of River Oaks, TX, passed away on November 16, 2022.
Debra was born on August 23, 1956, the youngest of the 4 children of Joseph and Antoinette Stepanek in Rangoon, Burma, where her father worked for the United Nations. After schooling at The Ecole d'Humanité in Goldern, Switzerland, she went on to become an Occupational Therapy Assistant then later to become a Certified Nursing Assistant where she worked in home …
