Debra was one of 7 children born to John and Evelyn Speer. She slipped peacefully into the arms of Jesus, after a brief illness.
She was born with Cerebral Palsy, but she never let that keep her down.She always did her best to do everything on her own.
She was a very loving daughter, sister, Aunt and friend. She loved attending church and being around her family. She never had children of her own, but …
