Debra Lowe, 56, of Elkhart, IN passed away 4/30/2023. Debra was born 2/24/1967, in Elkhart County. She graduated from Elkhart Central High Class of 1985.Β
Debra is described as full of joy, life, and nothing but positive things. She enjoyed collecting pigs, cooking and hanging out with her family. She lived and loved life everyday as if it was her last.
