Debra Jean Harper, 65, of Hayes, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021. Debbie was born on August 8, 1955 in Nebraska. She graduated from Ticonderoga High School. She enjoyed traveling and finally settled in Hayes, Virginia. She was a life-long animal advocate and dedicated her life to animal rescues and adopted several Jack Russells which she loved very much.
