It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Debra Bell on July 3, 2019. Born on March 4, 1956, Debra brought love, joy, and light into this world. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Dawn Shelley and Angela Duncan, her sister Bonnie Foster, and her brothers Donnie and Bryan Stratton.
Debra was also a cherished grandmother to her grandsons Daulton, Isaac, Dylon, Samuel, and Justin Duncan. She was predeceased by …
