Deborah Lynn Sebens (Hazel), age 67, of Mansfield, IL passed away peacefully at home with her family and puppies by her side. Born on November 26, 1957 in Kankakee, IL. She was the beloved child of Dale Wyatt Hazel and Betty Ellen Hazel (Conour).
Debbie graduated from Clifton Central High School in 1975. She completed a degree in accounting and business at ICC in Champaign, IL. Debbie worked as an accountant for over 45 years. …
