Deborah Ann Raether passed away on February 27th 2021 @ 9:35 PM. She was an Imperial Beach,California resident. She was born on February 5th 1957.She was an independent woman throughout her lifetime. The best Mother she possibly could be here on Earth. Loved to travel, go sight-seeing, ride motorcycles back in the day with her three children as well as record live videos of it. Everyone at the Imperial Beach Commissary enjoyed her high-spirited type of attitude and adored her presence. In her free TIME, she kept healthy by bicycle riding to the beach, and on the back trails of the bay. Deborah always spent time with her grandsons (Ortiz), and rewarded the boys with money for A's on their school report cards, to keep them motivated to get good grades. Mom liked to go to the casino to eat at the buffet.
