On January 27, 2026, Deborah “Debbie” Sue Higgins Koss transitioned at the age of 74. Debbie was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend whose warmth, kindness, and steady presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Debbie was devoted to her family and found her greatest joy in time spent with her loved ones. She was a proud mother to her daughters, Bobbie Kimmeth (husband Craig) and Elizabeth Davis-Goodwyn. Her legacy continues …
