Born Jan 9, 1958, in New Haven, CT. She lost her battle with cancer on 19 December 2022. She was married to the late Lonnie Wynne Sr of Edenton, NC.
Debbie was a devoted mother to her 2 children. She dedicated her life to taking care of her daughter Felicia A. Wynne who was born with Cerebral Palsy. She was a proud Navy mom, as her son recently retired from the …
