Deborah Costigan, 73, passed on September 19, 2021. She was born to Henry Dean Brendall and
Lou Ann Costigan in Lima, Ohio on April 03, 1948.
She married Roger Umble in 2012 and they lived together in Lakeland, Florida. Together they raised
2 children Randall Wagoner, Anthony Wagoner (Amber Wagoner). She is also survived by 3
