Deborah's obituary
Lou Ann Costigan in Lima, Ohio on April 03, 1948.
She married Roger Umble in 2012 and they lived together in Lakeland, Florida. Together they raised
2 children Randall Wagoner, Anthony Wagoner (Amber Wagoner). She is also survived by 3
grandchildren and 3 great grand children Chelsea Staten (JayShaun Staten, Armani Staten, Zarianah
Staten) , Henry Wagoner, and Luke Wagoner.
In respect of Deborah's wishes there will not be a service instead the family will be having a private gathering in remembrance of Deborah.
