My heart goes out to all the family. I remember when the kids were getting ready for the school bus, Debbie and I were trying to figure out where we knew each other, other than being neighbors. Funny thing we were neighbors when the Yoder family lived next door to us in Corvallis. Small world, neighbors in Troutdale and Corvallis. I loved working with Debbie on school events, PTA, PTSA and RHS Booster and of course the RHS Band. She and I would hand out and collect band uniforms for football season. She will be missed by many friends and family. Greg, please let me know if you need anything!!! Your neighbors are here for you! Love to you all!

My deepest sympathy to Deborah's family. She warmly welcomed us and treated us like family. ❤️
An incredible woman of vision, determination, spirit and humor you are Deb. "Sister Seventh Day" I will always be reminded how much you loved your family with memories of your love of your life in college you married, and worked along side him, getting on an airplane to see a daughter's law degree graduation, personally wearing creations of another daughter which were for her (she also made a star party costume for her brother), and her son presenting the galaxy with his telescope and knowledge. Thanks for sharing all this life at work, summer school, after school work, and our humorous lunches, in season and out season, with Outlander/Droughtlander with us. Thanks for working along side students, to encourage and show how to practice everything from reading, writing, history, science, and math. There is nothing like you! ❤️‍🩹Sad 😭 but still smile at our shared friends at work and antics and rewarding experiences. 💝 Postum or Scotch cheers to you.☕ Love you, Pam Ainslie-Green
I agree with everyone who commented on what a wonderful asset to the RHS community!!  I spent some  time eating lunch with Deb over the years and I think the thing that stands out to me the most was just how proud she was of each of her children!!  Deb thought the world of all three of you.  Her eyes would light up talking about you and it was so apparent the love she has for her family!!!
Debbie was a special person and a top-notch teacher’s assistant. I loved working with her and also sharing a few minutes of “down time.” My memories of her warm my heart. May your memories become a blessing.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

May her soul be at God's right hand.

It was an honor to work with Deb at RHS. I love the picture of her in front of “Hamilton”- that is wonderful that she got to see it! Most of what I know about Scotland came from her. I loved that she shared this interest with others, that she was always interested in talking history, and that she worked so hard to help students who needed that little extra. I appreciated her continuing to provide updates on you kids- she was so very proud of you all. I am so sorry for all of you for such a loss.
I can't believe this. I don't want to believe it. I'm so sad it is impossible for me to even speak of, yet. My feelings are so deep for this girl... I loved her in so many ways! Her intellect, her integrity, her zest for Scottish lore, her humor, her fierceness, her protectiveness for those she loved. I was blessed to be her work BFF for a long time and I'll cherish those days forever!
