It has been very hard for me to make this announcement, as I am still in a large state of shock. It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of my beloved mother, Deborah Brown, on December 10, 2025. Throughout my life, my mom always supported me (even during the times when I was probably acting more like a pre-Madonna). Through all my high school, college, and professional achievements, she was always my biggest fan. The sacrifices she made for me are too numerous to state. I can’t thank you enough for the sacrifices you made throughout your life mama! 🥺

Outside of myself, she touched countless lives with her love, kindness, and faith. I have had the chance to speak to so many people, and it truly touches my heart to learn about the mark she left on the lives of others.♥️

🖇️ My amazing wife put together such a beautiful tribute to her. I also want to thank my aunt and cousins who have helped me during this process as well. Please click the link/pic below to read her full obituary, see details about her services (Dec. 18th), and share your memories, stories, and photos—these will be a cherished keepsake celebrating her life. Anything that can be shared has touched me and means the world to me, so thank you in advance for taking the time.

💌 This has been a challenging time for my family and me, and we are grateful for the blessings God has already given us. We are doing our best to celebrate her memory, support travel for family and friends, and honor her final wishes. Any offerings, contributions, or donations would be deeply appreciated and a great help during this time.

Thank you for keeping her memory alive, and may our dear Lord Jesus Christ ✝️ bless you all. Love you forever, Mama! 🙏🏾🕊️

The older I get the more people I know pass. My Mom said that and now I am living it! To DeBi's family, although she is physically absent, the memories she left with you and anyone who knew her will never die! God knows and hears the prayers we have, are, and will pray for His comfort for your family!

Keep in your heart, Revelation 21:4: "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[a] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

Even so, come Lord Jesus!

To the immediate family,  Debi was the link which kept me informed about our relatives in Ohio.  She would call me occasionally.  Last time we talked was last year.  She always reflected “unconditional positive regard” as we discussed the latest triumphs and fiascos.  I called her on December 9 of course there was no answer.  How offsetting it was to learn that she passed the very next day, on the 10th.  But I know that she is in a better place.  RIP DeBi.            Your cousin, Toni

I'm sitting here closed eyes remembering your mom, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. I have never know Debi to be anything but kind and loving. Her demeanor has been nothing short of gracious and beloved.

Debi I will always love and miss you. You finally get the opportunity to go home to dad.

Mama Brown, as I called her, taught me so much. Her countenance radiated true peace and gentleness—exactly how the Lord calls us to be. Some people stop you in your tracks with their very presence, reminding you how to walk like Christ; Mama Brown was that person for me—a beacon of light in this world. Her voice was truly like a comforting hug, angelic and unforgettable. I will always carry her words, encouragement, and memories in my heart. Thank you, Mama Brown, for loving me unconditionally. A Love like Christ.

In response to "What did you learn from Deborah?"
Always in my thoughts and prayers.  Right now thinking about all times you threw water on me to wake me up so I could make it to school and practice on time 😊.  Love you so much!
