My mother was battling small cell carcinoma since her diagnosis in October 2021. Within 24 hours, she was on a ventilator, resulting in a 2 month stay at the hospital and 6 months of outpatient treatment.

Upon starting her immunotherapy in May 2022, we found out the cancer was back and more aggressive than before. Within 9 days, my mother took her last breath on June 1st, 2022. 

Although, my mom had Insurance, a lot of bills weren’t covered. The last 9 months, she accrued over $50,000 in bills and not all burial expenses will be covered.

I’m asking in lieu of flowers, please donate to the memorial fun for my mother and upon her request, all additional will be donated to the American Cancer Society!
