Debbie Chisholm

Debbie Chisholm, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2025, in Northern Chicago, Illinois, where she had made her home in recent years. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Debbie brought warmth, joy, and her unforgettable voice to every place she called home.

Debbie was a devoted mother to her son, Aaron Lewis, and a proud grandmother to her three beautiful granddaughters, who were the light of her life. Her love for her family ran deep—she cherished every moment spent singing, laughing, and simply being present with her grandchildren and siblings.

Known for her kind heart and soulful spirit, Debbie had a passion for music and a natural gift for bringing people together. Her voice could light up a room, and her presence brought comfort and strength to those around her.

She is survived by her son, Aaron Lewis; her cherished granddaughters; and her loving brothers. Debbie’s legacy lives on in the music she loved, the family she nurtured, and the many lives she touched with her generous heart.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
